So ive been looking for some 18s or 19s x somewhere between 9 and 10.5.

Those are cool, some guy on SW put them on his e39.
Id do it, they are pretty sick, just like having TE37's... Well not really. But I wouldn't mind, not for that price! Just keep in mind that all the forums will flame on you if you do:-) What you want them for anyways?
